Refund Policy
Last updated: May 2, 2026
Failed generations refund automatically. Subscriptions cancel anytime. One-time credit packs are non-refundable once spent. Here’s the full picture.
Failed generations
If an AI generation fails on the upstream provider, the credits used to start it are refunded to your balance automatically - usually within seconds, always within an hour. You don't need to file a request. This applies to:
- Music generation (Simple and Custom modes)
- Lyrics generation
- Stem separation (2-stem and 12-stem)
- Section replacement and song extension
- Add Vocals and Add Instrumental
- Voice cloning activation
- WAV and MIDI export
A “failure” means the provider returned an explicit error or a known empty-success response. Successful generations - even if the result isn't the vibe you were going for - aren't refundable, since the model and infrastructure ran. You can run another generation with a refined prompt instead.
Subscriptions
Pro and Premier subscriptions can be cancelled any time from the Manage subscriptionbutton on your settings page or the pricing page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period - you keep full plan benefits until then, then drop to the Free tier. We don't auto-refund mid-period.
We do issue mid-period refunds in two situations:
- Billing error- we charged the wrong card, the wrong tier, or charged after a confirmed cancellation. Email us with the order ID and we'll sort it within one business day.
- Material service degradation - if the Service is materially unavailable for an extended period (e.g. multi-day outage of core generation functionality), affected subscribers get a prorated credit refund or a discount on the next renewal at our discretion.
One-time credit packs
Credit packs are non-refundable once the credits land on your balance, since you have immediate, unrestricted use of them. If a pack purchase fails to credit your balance within an hour, contact us and we'll either complete it or refund the charge - your choice.
Unspent pack credits never expire. They stay on your account through plan changes, cancellations, and reactivations.
Cancellation and credit handling
When you cancel a paid subscription:
- Plan benefits (commercial rights, WAV/MIDI export, priority queue) stay active until the end of the period you already paid for.
- Subscription credits earned during that period remain usable. After cancellation, leftover paid credits stay on your balance for 60 days; after that they expire.
- One-time pack credits are not affected and remain on your balance indefinitely.
Statutory rights
Where applicable consumer-protection law gives you a stronger refund right than this policy (for example, the EU 14-day cooling-off period for digital subscriptions you haven't started using), that statutory right applies in addition to this policy. Email us within the statutory window and we'll process the refund per the applicable rules.
How to request a refund
For anything not handled automatically, write to [email protected] with:
- The email address on the account
- The order or transaction ID (from your Stripe receipt)
- A short note about what happened - if it's about a specific generation, the song title or library link helps
We typically respond within a few business hours and resolve straightforward cases the same day.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced via email or in-app at least 14 days in advance. Refund eligibility is judged against the policy in force at the time of your purchase.
